Coach Kayla Divers

• From Martinsville,  started playing volleyball in the fifth grade for the first travel team in Martinsville/ Henry County. 

• Kayla played as an outside hitter for Magna Vista’s Varsity team all four years of high school, played as a setter/right side for State Line for three years, and played as a libero for her last year of travel. 

• Kayla was named first and second team all-district while in high school. 

• She went on to play at Ferrum College as the starting libero for two years before graduating. She ended her career with 459 digs, 71 assists, 11 kills, and 49 service aces. 

• Special Education Teacher at Magna Vista High School and continues to play co-ed volleyball.

• Current Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Magna Vista High School 

• Coached a non-travel group in 2023 for State Line.
